This series consists of pay and expense vouchers for delegates to the various state constitutional conventions held between 1829 and 1868. It also includes copies of the "Richmond Enquirer," in which was reported the proceedings of the constitutional convention of 1861, as well as vouchers for the expenses of publication. The vouchers include the names of persons to whom money was owed, the amounts, and the dates the vouchers were submitted.
